*We understand that life happens and we know that sometimes your plans to be at the salon may be disrupted. We kindly ask for 24 hours advance noticed of a cancellation. Clients who cancel their appointments without the 24 hour notice more than once will be asked to pre pay for future appointments.
*At Bonnie & Clyde we our passionate about our commitment to the AVEDA brand. We strive to recommend product and educate our clients so that everyone is walking out with haircare to perfectly match their needs. If by chance you are unhappy with any retail item purchased at Bonnie & Clyde you have 30 days from purchase date to return it for a full refund.
*Standing behind our work and client satisfaction drives everything we do at Bonnie & Clyde. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your service we want you to reach out and allow us to make it right. If a redo service is performed it is done free of charge. Any adjustment to a color service that was not requested in your first visit consultation(more time and product than the initial service requested) there will be a fee for the difference between the two services, services offered in our salon are non refundable.
